The Dinsmore Boutique Inn has the perfect meeting and event space for small, elegant functions. Rrom our full-size dining room, adjoined by a beautiful and spacious tea room, to our cafe and outdoor terraces, the inn provides an ideal setting with a convenient mid-town location.
The first floor is perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, meetings, luncheons or reunions. The beautiful reat granite terraces are well situated for a cocktail party, seated dinner or mixer.

Perfect for birthdays, socializing, and princess parties, our afternoon teas are fun and elegant events. Served in our beautiful first level, this afternoon treat includes delectable foods, refreshments and a variety of teas and mimosas (additional charge).
Professionally served in a private setting, tea at Dinsmore House Bed and Breakfast will not soon be forgotten. Per-person rates for a two-hour tea are $26, which includes room rental, food, drink and servers. There is a minimum requirement of eight guests, and a 50% deposit is due at booking.
Over the last thirteen years, Dinsmore House Bed and Breakfast has hosted hundreds of bridal and baby showers. Two spacious event rooms offer plenty of options for the perfect customizable shower. Tea, mimosas, wine, soft drinks, bloody mary bard, hors d’ oeuvres, or three-course meals are all available for our guests to choose from. A team of servers will assist throughout your event.
Brunches can be held seven days a week at Dinsmore House Bed and Breakfast, accommodating groups of 12 to 40. Ranging from full service, three-course meals to family-style buffets, our experienced staff and servers will be there to replenish and serve your group throughout the your brunch. Private brunches begin after our normal daily breakfast service for guests, and can start as early as 10:30 a.m.
We love parties! From quaint and traditional tea parties, to rehearsal dinners and university functions; the setup at The Dinsmore Boutique Inn is perfect for your next event. We offer a variety of food options, served buffet-style or plated. Cocktails, wine and beer are available and our space can accommodate up to 40 attendees. Our professional staff will be there to replenish, host and clean, and we take extra measures to make it a relaxed and fun event.
