From I-64: Take Exit 118B (29 N to Charlottesville/Culpeper) and follow 29 North for 2 miles. Take the exit for 250 E Business. Turn right at the top of the ramp and follow 250 E Business for 1.8 miles. This road will become W. Main Street. The Dinsmore House is on the left, between 12 ½ Street and 12th Street.
From South of Charlottesville: Take Route 29 N to Business Route 250 East Exit (the exit will be 2 miles after you pass under I-64). Turn right at the top of the ramp and follow 250 E Business for 1.8 miles. This road will become W. Main Street. The Dinsmore House is on the left, between 12 ½ Street and 12th Street.
From North of Charlottesville: Follow Route 29 S, which turns into Emmet Street (29 Business). After passing the arena on your right, turn left at the next light onto University Avenue. University Avenue will become W. Main Street. Follow University Avenue for 0.7 miles. The Dinsmore House is on the left between 12 ½ Street and 12th Street.
